For much of her life, she did everything she thought she was supposed to do. She knew right from wrong, knew the Scriptures, knew how to be strong, how to serve, how to keep going.
She was faithful, but deep down, something was missing.
She prayed, but often out of habit.
She gave, but often out of duty.
She knew about God, but she longed to know Him.
Her life looked full, but her heart felt tired.
For years, she lived from head knowledge - doing all the right things, following the right paths. But then, life brought her to a place where knowing wasn't enough.
The weight of it all pressed in, and her strength wasn't enough to carry it anymore.
And that's when she heard it.
"Come to Me, and I will give you rest."
It wasn't just a verse-it was a calling. A gentle yet urgent invitation to stop striving and start surrendering.
To stop trying to hold it all together and let Him hold her instead.
She let go.

It wasn't just a verse-it was a calling. A gentle yet urgent invitation to stop striving and start surrendering.
To stop trying to hold it all together and let Him hold her instead.
She let go.
She gave up the need to understand and chose to trust instead. Her head knowledge turned into heart knowledge. She stopped measuring her worth by what she did and started receiving the love He freely gave.
She no longer just knew about Him-she walked with Him, in every moment.
And suddenly, life was different.
She still had responsibilities. She still had people to love and things to do. But now, she wasn't doing it alone.
She wasn't living for Him-she was living with Him.
Looking back, she sees her younger self-the girl who tried so hard, who knew all the right things but hadn't yet discovered the only thing that truly mattered. And she wishes she could tell her:
"Stop striving. Stop trying to earn what is already yours.
He is here. He is with you. Just receive."
Now, her life is full-not because of all she has done, but because of the One who fills it.
Because this is what she was made for.
Not just to know about Him, but to walk with Him.
Not just to do the right things, but to dwell in His presence.
She no longer just knew about Him-she walked with Him, in every moment.

Because this is what she was made for.
Not just to know about Him, but to walk with Him.
Not just to do the right things, but to dwell in His presence.
That was always the promise.
